Per the Show’s Executive Committee, no exhibitor is permitted to dismantle their booth prior to 4:00 PM on Saturday.
This year, the exhibit hall will include three mobile classrooms, increasing both foot traffic and activity in the space. Early teardown poses a significant safety hazard to attendees, staff, and fellow exhibitors, and must be strictly avoided.
In addition to the safety concerns, early dismantling causes a snowball effect that disrupts the overall attendee experience and undermines the professionalism of the event.
To maintain a safe and successful expo, all booths must remain fully intact and staffed until 4:00 PM—no exceptions.Please plan your travel and logistics accordingly.
