A discount is automatically applied based on the number of people registering with a specific registration type. There are 5%, 10% and 15% discounts available.
For Example, if your group consists of four 3-day and one 2-day registrations, no discount will be applied. However, if your group consists of five 3-day registrations, a 5% discount will be applied to each registrant. If a department of 35 has five 1-day registrations, ten 3-day registrations and twenty 2-day registrations the discounts are as follows; 5% for the 1-day, 10% for the 3-day and 15% for the 2-day registrations.
The discount matrix is:
5 to 9 identical registration types = 5% off each
10 to 19 identical registration types = 10% off each
20+ identical registration types = 15% off each
Students and Military are not eligible for group discounting.
Payment is due net 30 days, no later than the conference date for all registrations. Entrance to the Expo will not be allowed without payment.
