John MacMillan is a Critical Care Paramedic from Schenectady, New York and owner of Quality Rescue Services Training, LLC an EMS education and consulting company. John has been in emergency services for almost 40 years, starting as a junior member in his volunteer fire department and continues to serve the community as a paramedic in Saratoga County. John started his EMS education career in 2005 and following his mentor’s footsteps, he became a certified instructor coordinator and has educated countless EMTs and Paramedics throughout New York State. John’s passion is in EMS education and creating engaging, enjoyable content for his original and continuing education students.
